Please make your reservations between 8:30am and 4:00pm (Monday through Friday) and provide at least 48 hour notice for in-county trips and 72 hours for out-of-county trips. Middle Keys Transportation also has an answering machine available for you to leave a message, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you’re a first time caller or rider, please complete the GCC TD Eligibility Application. Applications with proof of eligibility should be mailed or faxed to the following:
