Guidance/Care Center
Guidance/Care Center works collaboratively with other agencies, schools, private providers, law enforcement, hospitals and other behavioral health providers to support and enhance the benefits to our clients, consumers and other stake holders. Services available to women and pregnant women receive preference. GCC serves all clients regardless of ability to pay. Discounts for essential services are offered based on family size and income. For more information, see our client handbook under Program Admissions or ask our office staff.

Mobile Crisis Response Team
24 hour triage for all Monroe County Residents. Crisis response to avoid the need for psychiatric hospitalization, emergency room utilization or jail and link to community based behavioral health services.

Community Action Team
The Community Action Team (C.A.T) is a multidisciplinary team that provides complete wrap around care as a safe and effective alternative for youth with serious behavioral health conditions.

Transportation Services
GCC provides transportation services and is the designated Community Transportation Coordinator (CTC) for Monroe County. The CTC is responsible for administering a countywide system of transportation for all Monroe citizens who are transportation disadvantaged.

Guidance/Care Center, Inc. (GCC) provides behavioral health services, education, and support to benefit:
- People from all incomes and walks of life
- Adults, children, and families
- Persons experiencing issues with mental health and/or substance abuse problems
- Persons in crisis
- Adults with serious and persistent mental illness
- Mothers and fathers working to be better parents
- Children and youth with a behavior problem
